Excellent service

We went to Quincy to just look around, maybe ask a few questions, maybe test drive. But when we stopped at Shottenkirk Toyota, a very pleasant lady named Annette was honest and up front, and told us that new cars in our budget just weren’t available. But she referred us to Shottenkirk Chevrolet where we met Michael, and he took it upon himself to find a car that was ok for my disabled wife. In no time, he pulled our car to the front of the showroom and my wife said “I love that car”. That was enough for me. About an hour later, we’re signing forms and then off in our new 2025 Chevrolet Trax. Thank you so much Shottenkirk Chevrolet. You made my wife’s dream come true. Thank you Michael for all your help 9-18-2025 We took our Chevy Trac to the Chevy dealer in Quincy. My wife misplaced (lost) her programmable key fob. We tore our house apart, but no luck. I called the service department at the dealership, and they told me that a replacement, which I’ve heard are quite expensive, would be provided free of charge because we were still under warranty. We took our car in, and they went to work. About one hour later, everything was done and we were on our way back to Hannibal. The service and parts department deserve a huge amount of praise for their courtesy, professionalism, and hard work. Special thanks to Trina and the other gentlemen whose names I can’t recall. I also want to personally thank the very pleasant and helpful lady we met just inside the front door. I know she’s a receptionist, but again her name escapes me. She was incredibly nice and very helpful, and I wanted to say Thank You. All in all, it ended up being a great day, thanks to your amazing team. Thanks Shottenkirk!!

I’ve been going there for 30 years bought a few vehicles there the people are wonderful in the service department. Last vehicle I bought from Shottenkirk was because of the service department. They are top-notch and always take care of you.
